Matthew Williams

Founder/President

Matt Williams is the Principal and Founder of Williams Real Estate Advisors, Inc. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, generating new business, quality control, and customer service. Matt’s passion for real estate and drive to succeed fuels WREA. He offers valuable advice to his clients in addition to a detailed approach to property management. With over 15 years of experience as a commercial mortgage banker and apartment broker, Matt is equipped with unique insights into the long-range impacts of daily management decisions. He is a proud Pepperdine University alumnus and gives back to the community by volunteering for many causes. He also enjoys hiking, running, and photography.

 

Matt Johnson

Accounting 

 

Matt Johnson is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivables, accounts payable, cash flow management, and owner reporting. With over five years of accounting experience, he is a great asset to the company.

 

Aline Osime

Assistant Property Manager

 

Aline Osime is responsible for addressing tenant issues and coordinating tenant move-outs and unit turns.  She brings to WREA years of organizational and direct experience as a job captain for an architectural firm, a marketing services representative, and she has an MBA in entrepreneurship from Pepperdine. She is a world traveler and can’t wait to get on to the next trip.

 

Patty Gutierrez

Leasing and Operations Coordinator

 

Patty Gutierrez is responsible for coordinating leasing and day-to-day operations related to tenants. She is a family-oriented individual who is diligent, a multitasker, and an upbeat team player. Patty is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is a proud Pepperdine University alumna and enjoys the outdoors.


Dolores Gonzalez

Maintenance Coordinator

 

Dolores Gonzalez is responsible for delegating and dispatching maintenance tasks to the maintenance techs, vendors, and service providers. She works with vendors and tenants to make sure that maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. From creating preventative-maintenance plans with properties to implementing them, she is consistently looking out for owners’ best interest when it comes to their property maintenance needs. Dolores is a team player and quick thinker. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She enjoys volunteering with her children to serve veterans and underprivileged children.

 

Rebecca Mary

Leasing and Maintenance Assistant

 

Rebecca Mary assists with daily office work related to leasing and maintenance. From screening applications to taking maintenance calls from tenants, she brings to WREA years of organizational experience as an office manager, a lead school teacher, and a former administrative assistant. Her warm personality, professionalism, and follow-through provide better outcomes for owners and tenants. She enjoys volunteering at the local soup kitchen, cooking, baking, reading long novels, and going to the beach.

 

Sonia Gallardo
Office Manager

 

Sonia Gallardo is responsible for handling all aspects of the office and tenant relations, assisting with paperwork, managing the company calendar, coordinating with vendors, and arranging inspections. The office depends on her professionalism, team spirit, detailed follow-through to complete projects, and ability to resolve complex situations with ease. She is the glue that holds the WREA team together. Sonia has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Prior to working at WREA, Sonia worked at a law firm in Santa Monica, which allowed her to utilize her degree and increase her business and legal knowledge. She enjoys the challenges of the property management business, working with people, and solving problems. A Santa Monica resident for over 20 years, Sonia is bilingual in English and Spanish. Photography is her therapy, bringing her peace and patience.  She also loves smooth jazz, wine, reading inspirational books, and traveling all over the world.
